Tasmanian Devil Conservation Park, under the leadership of John and Caroline Hamilton was formed in 1978 and is just 50 minutes from the Hobart Airport in Taranna.  The park is the leading wildlife conservation center in Tasmania and is where you can meet Tassie's famous little devils.  The park rescues eagles, falcons, hawks, kangaroos, wombats and many other Tasmanian creatures. The park also has a Kings of the Wind free-flight raptor show. There are day and night tours of the park,  and they also have a restaurant.

The devils are being faced with extinction due to a mystery cancer that is attacking them.   John and Caroline are leading the movement to save the devils, and the park has contributed $250,000 to the cause.   Coming soon  will be a Devil Survival Visitor Centre.  If you would like to learn more about the park and how you can help save the devils, click here:     http://www.tasmaniandevilpark.com
