Nick Mannettas was a fishmonger in Sydney selling seafood to Sydney restaurants and now he owns 5 restaurants in Sydney and 1 restaurant at Bondi Beach.   In August 2008 we enjoyed a meal at Nick's Seafood Restaurant on Cockle Bay Wharf  in Darling Harbour and here are some pictures of that moveable feast!  It was some of the best seafood we have ever tasted and the presentation is a work of art!   When you are at Nick's you are entertained by Sam the world-famous oyster shucker!  To the right is a photo of where Sam works.

Indoor and outdoor dining at Cockle Bay Wharf where Nick's Seafood Restaurant, and Angus and Adria are located.   We were there in winter (August) and people were dining outside with tall heating lamps keeping them warm!
