A trip to Africa for many people is a trip of a lifetime.   Those who go say it changes their lives forever.  They return with a better understanding of nature and themselves and have wonderful stories and photos to show to their friends and family.  I have just returned from South Africa and I agree 100% with that statement!  Africa has been put into our minds from movies like "Out of Africa", "African Queen", "Gorillas in the Mist" and  IMAX's "The Serengeti" and the many books written about the country.   Africa is more than three times the size of the United States and is the second largest continent in the world.   It has a population of around 625 million and English is widely spoken.  It is located south of Europe and is bordered to the west by the Atlantic Ocean and to the east by the Indian Ocean.   Click on the buttons above and let your adventure begin!
