Dear Chris,
Thank you for working miracles for our trip to Mexico. We know we were high-maintenance (a family of 5 from Boston and a family of 3 from San Francisco who wanted luxury and activities and
direct flights, and adjoining rooms, and, and , and ), but you pulled it off, and went way above and beyond. We know that we were treated especially well at Dreams Cancun because you repeatedly called and
emailed the managers. You spent so much time making sure that we had everything we needed that now we are so spoiled we can never make our own travel arrangements. I now tell everyone who is
considering going on a trip, "You have to talk to Chris." We look forward to many many more trips planned by you. Thanks again for everything—including the champagne and flowers in our room. We can't wait till our next adventure.
