CHILDREN

Children under the age of 4 stay for free in the room with their parents.
Children 4 - 17 pay $45.00 a night each. With one adult, the adult pays the single occupancy rate and the child pays the child's rate.

$24.20 per person roundtrip from the airport to the hotel and return to the airport..

|
Call for pricing. Some fares need to be paid at the time of deposit to guarantee the rate. Otherwise, the rate may change.

HAPPY VACATIONS CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER
Cancellation for ANY reason up to the day of departure. Their waiver also includes the following:

Land Only Price - $31 per person
Air and Land Only Cancellation Fee Waiver - $35 per person.
The Happy Vacations Cancellation Fee Waiver protects you from
cancellation fees imposed by Happy Vacations and by Moon Palace. You will never be refunded for the amount you paid for your cancellation fee waiver. The Insure America policy includes the following:
$500 Travel Delay (up to $100 per day)
$100 Baggage Delay
$20,000 Medical Transportation
$25,000 Primary Collision Damage Waiver.

DEPOSITS
1st deposit: June 8th
2nd deposit: December 3rd
Final Payment: January 3, 2006

Your first deposit is $100 per person and is payable to Happy Vacations by June 8, 2005.
A second payment of 50% of the remaining balance is payable by December 3rd.
Final payment is due by January 3rd.

BOOK EARLY TO GET THESE GREAT GROUP RATES: To get the benefit of these group rates, at least 10 rooms must be booked.
Bookings should be made with Chris Meny at Your Travel Source, and will be consolidated by the Group Department at Happy Vacations. Below are the change and cancellation policies.
HAPPY VACATIONS CHANGE FEES:

A fee of $25 per person will be imposed for each change made prior to departure.
MOON PALACE, HAPPY VACATIONS & YOUR TRAVEL SOURCE CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Cancellation prior to November 20th: Your deposit is returned less a $50.00 per person Happy Vacations cancellation fee and a $25.00 Your Travel Source service
fee.
Cancellation November 21st to December 23rd:
Your $100 deposit is forfeited and Happy Vacations will charge a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Your Travel Source will charge a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation after December 24th to February 14th: Cancellation fee of $100 individual or multiple cancellations may result in additional charges levied by Moon Palace, in accordance with their
cancellation schedule, which is available upon request.
Happy Vacations will also charge you $100 if you cancel and any applicable airline and hotel fees and Your Travel Source will charge you a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation on February 15th:
No refund. Happy Vacations will charge you a $100 cancellation fee and Your Travel Source will charge a $25.00 cancellation fee.
You might want to consider Happy Vacations Cancellation Fee Waiver to cover yourself for any penalties that you might incur if you you have to cancel. (see information above).
