TERMS & CONDITIONS
THINGS TO KNOW These tour prices are dependent upon booking a minimum group of 5 rooms (10 people) and the trip can be cancelled
if this amount is not reached.
PAYMENT INFORMATION - LAND PORTION Full payment by check is due by January 15,
2007. Please submit your completed tour application along with your payment. Your Travel Source has negotiated a special rate for the Sew-Tech group and has reserved a block of rooms.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND INFORMATION
$25.00 per person if you cancel and any hotel charges. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for a refund.
AIRLINE TICKETS Since the airlines no longer pay commissions, Your Travel Source can
book your ticket for you but will charge a service fee of $25.00 for doing so. TRIP INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Rates include 4 nights in the hotel (based on double occupancy) and
includes the sales tax, and shuttle back and forth to the Expo for three days. What this trip does not include is airfare, shuttle transfers to the hotel and back to the airport,
meals and any extra hotel charges (phone calls, room service, or entrance to the Sewing Expo and any classes while there).
HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY All packages are based on double
occupancy. You may specify your own roommate or every effort will be made to provide you with a suitable roommate. If you prefer a single room, you pay for the entire room. Rates are also available for
triple and quad occupancy. ITINERARY Upon payment of your trip, an itinerary will be mailed to you with complete information on the hotel, phone numbers,
check-in and check-out times. If you have booked your airline ticket through Your Travel Source, your e-ticket will be sent to you..
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE You can add Travel
Protection Insurance for very little.
We hope you will seriously consider this as it offers a lot of benefits to you the traveler. Your airfare can also be included. A brochure is available upon request.
Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) Disclosures
All payments for transportation or travel service not provided to the passenger shall be promptly refunded, in accordance with
the agreed-to terms and conditions, unless the passenger otherwise instructs the seller of travel in writing.
This business is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC).
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who
was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel,
not to exceed $15,000.
A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of travel.
A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. You must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale. NONRESIDENTS If you live outside of California this transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation.
