Chartered in 1839, Galveston Island, with a population of 60,000, is located on the upper Texas coast of the Gulf of Mexico, and was the principal port into the southwest during the 19th century. This coastal town has experienced a recent revitalization, making it one of America's newest beach resorts. It has four distinct historic districts with approximately 1,500 historic buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Besides historic homes and districts, Galveston also has boat rides and cruises, carriage rides, gardens, 14 museums, sightseeing trains, and trolley rides. |

Cozumel is Mexico's largest island is located 12 miles off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. San Miguel is the little mexican town where you will dock. This island was made famous by Jacques Cousteau who declared Cozumel as the most beautiful diving area in the world. The island sits on the Caribbean Sea. |
