One of the fun things about touring in Burgundy was dining at wonderful restaurants. Dining in France is nothing to take lightly - it is a way of life and is something that is taken very seriously by the French.  Burgundy is known for having top restaurants and local industries that produce fine wines, mustard, cassis, sausages and wonderful cheeses. Every night Susie showed us another restaurant and we enjoyed tasting the wines of Burgundy and experienced four course French dinners. Here are some pictures of our group enjoying some of her special restaurants. But first we always started with hors d'ouerves at L'Auberge du Canal - tasting the discoveries that we had found on our travels during the day.
