TERMS & CONDITIONS
VENDOR INFORMATION Your Travel Source will be using Happy Vacations to arrange the hotels and the airline. The tour operator contracts with the
hotels and the airlines to get the best possible price.
PAYMENT INFORMATION At the time of booking a deposit of $100 per person
plus the cost of the travel insurance will be due within 7 days of confirmation to hold the reservation. Final payment is due 45 days before the trip. If you book later than 45 days prior to your departure, then final payment may be required at that time. Prices are guaranteed ONLY when paid in full.
Your tour can be paid for with your Master Card or Visa card. The remainder will be paid to Your Travel Source in the form of a check.
DOCUMENT INFORMATION Once final payment is made, documents usually arrive 2-3 weeks before your departure. Your vouchers will include the following:
airline tickets, vouchers for the hotel and for any transfers plus information on the insurance policy. You will be given your documents when you arrive in Los Angeles.
REVISIONS & CANCELLATIONS Whenever possible, Your Travel Source will inform you of applicable charges as they become
known to Your Travel Source and before processing your revision request. Again these policies are set by Happy Vacations and will be supplied to you when you are given pricing.
REVISIONS: After documents are issued: Once the travel documents have been prepared and received, you will be responsible for the
following:
1. $25.00 change fee to Your Travel Source 2. Vendor fees, if any; and 3. Any shipping charges of documents back and forth to the tour company.
CANCELLATIONS: Once under deposit with Happy Vacations, bookings are subject to change and cancellation charges. Included in your
tour package is a cancellation plan to protect you from cancellation fees assessed by the tour company and other costs if you cancel your tour, if your trip is delayed or interrupted. You will be
informed of the cancellation policy of the tour company at the time of booking. Please make sure that you read the Terms and Conditions from the tour company.
If you cancel your booking, you can expect a refund minus the cancellation insurance. Unused accommodations, car rental and other tour features may be refunded, but only after deducting no-show or early check-out fees that are assessed by these vendors. Partial refunds may require recalculation if weekly rates or special offers were included and are not valid for the reduced length of stay. Your Travel Source will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee.
SPECIAL REQUESTS All requests for specific bedding, location within the hotel, smoking/non-smoking rooms,
and other items of this nature, will be communicated to the vendor. However, no guarantees are expressed or implied that these requests will be honored. Most vendors have a "first-come, first-served" policy regarding special requests. If you have requested that a roommate be assigned to you, Your Travel Source, will make every effort to match you with someone who has also signed up for the tour who is also requesting a roommate and who would be compatible with your needs. However, if no one is available then you will be responsible for paying a single supplement.
BAGGAGE Generally, these rules apply for each airline. Each paid passenger is generally allowed two checked items per person, which dimensions may
not exceed 62 linear inches for the
first bag and 55 linear inches for the others, and the combined weight is no more than 70 pounds. You may also bring one carry on, which may be no longer than 6 x 12 x 18 inches. In addition to the above stated carry on, most airlines will allow (free of charge): a handbag or small backpack.
PASSPORT You will need a passport to go on this tour. If you show up without one, you will be denied boarding.
