A Tahitian Wedding at Tiki Village

Wednesday, February 6th: Christian took photos of a traditional Tahitian wedding performed at Tiki Village.   The groom is dressed as a High Chief and the bride is dressed as a Tahitian Princess.  They are married by a High Priest and will receive Tahitian names for themselves and their future children.  They are then covered in perfumed flower leis and garlands and are carried on the Royal Chair to the dance arena where they will be given a dance show in their honor.   They can spend their wedding night on board Tiki Village's floating fare.  Tiki Village not only does wedding ceremonies but they can also arrange for renewal-of-vows ceremonies.
