The InterContinental Resort Moorea is a five-star resort and the nicest resort in Moorea.  It has a beautiful lagoon for snorkeling and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The resort is the home of the Moorea Dolphin Center and Bathy's for scuba diving, Moorea's only 5-star PADI dive center in Polynesia. The resort has a lovely swimming pool, a private beach with outrigger canoes and wonderful snorkeling, two tennis courts, an activities desk, boutique, two restaurants, a bar, a Spa (massage, relaxation and body care). All rooms feature a hairdryer, telephone, TV, mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities and safety box. The hotel has theme nights with buffets and Polynesian dance shows.  Available for a fee at the resort are water skiing, wave runner, parasailing, electric pedal boats, scuba diving including hard helmet diving and a walk under the sea, a lagoon cruise around the island and a sunset cruise, deep sea fishing, inland safari tour, helicopter tours, horseback riding and car rentals. They also have frequent transfers to their nearby private island which is called a motu where you can swim with the sting rays.
