Dolphin Quest

One of the exciting experiences that some of our group had was to play with the dolphins at the Moorea Dolphin Center (formerly Dolphin Quest). The center has four bottlenose dolphins that are lovingly cared for by a scientific and veterinary team. The dolphins came from Dolphin Centers in Hawaii and in San Diego. There are several programs that you can choose from but the most popular is the Dolphin Experince which is a one hour dolphin encounter where you are educated about the dolphins and you get to pet them and kiss them!

		*Pearl was a little scared of the water so she got her own private trainer who introduced her to Koakoa.*

But first Yann, the trainer, educates them about dolphins.

Into the water with Koakoa! Koakoa came from a Dolphin Quest center in Hawaii.

But it wasn't long before she joined the rest of the group in the deeper water.

Koakoa turned over so they could pet his belly.
