Dining is a wonderful experience at Red Mountain Spa.  Breakfast and lunch are buffet style with many offerings to choose from. Dinner is a sit-down affair where you can order off the menu three courses and partake of a salad and soup buffet. All foods have their nutritions listed so choosing the right foods for your type of eating is made very simple! 

Patio dining is an option during the spring and summer.
