Bowen, Queensland

Any travel agent can issue a ticket or book a cruise . . .
We create Travel Experiences . . . that extra effort is our hallmark!

Bowen was chosen by Baz Luhrmann to film the bombing of  Darwin Harbour in his $100 million Twentieth Century Fox movie, Australia.  For seven weeks in mid-2007, the cast and crew of "Austalia" moved into Bowen and took up residence.   Bowen is a sleepy beachside town on the mainland next to the Whitsundays.  The town has untouched beaches, beautiful bays and a perfect tropical climate.  Bowen is one of undiscovered treats of Queensland.  Located just a 40-minute drive north from Arlie Beach, this is the ideal destination for those seeking a laid back beach holiday.
