Solano Pandemonium is a Steel Drum Band which was formed at Solano Community College in Suisun, CA by Professor Notorious, Walt Mikolajcik.  Members of the band take classes at the college and then perform throughout the Bay Area.  The class is open to anyone who wants to learn how to play a "pan".
